The deal

Daringo is a party game: your crew dares each other, photos prove it, and the crew votes. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Vucak IT Solutions (Sven Vucak), Austria.

Your photos

You own the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant the people in your game the right to see them inside the app. Only members of a game can see that game's photos. Never upload a photo of someone who wouldn't want it shared.

Zero tolerance

There is no place here for nudity, violence, harassment, hate, or photos of people taken to humiliate them. Reported content that crosses the line is removed and the accounts that post it are banned. No warnings, no appeals for clear cases.

Reporting and blocking

Every photo can be reported from inside the app — the flag icon on the voting screen, or "Report photo" in any photo's menu. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also block a player: you stop seeing their photos and claims everywhere, immediately. Blocks can be managed in Profile → Blocked players.

Play responsibly

Dares are written by players, not by us. You are responsible for what you agree to do. Don't write dares that put anyone in danger, and don't do them. Daringo isn't made for children — you must be at least 16 to create an account. Drink responsibly, or not at all.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account). That erases your profile and frees your handle. Photos in finished games remain part of those games; contact us to have specific content removed.

The service

The app is provided as-is, free of charge. We may change or discontinue features. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Austrian law applies.
